As local residents and visitors remain cautious of using public transport and taxis, electric scooters, bikes or a private car offer a safe and easy way to move around. Cogo and Scandic are now partnering up to promote the use of socially distanced and environmentally friendly rides to their hotel guests when they move around in Copenhagen.
Scandic now encourages their guests not only to stay at sustainable hotels, but also to limit their carbon footprint while on the go. Hotel guests are advised to download the Cogo app when going out into the city to locate the closest shared scooter, bike or car.
Sustainability and our guests safety is highest priority at Scandic, so for us it made sense to partner with Cogo to help our guests find green rides around the hotel to move around in a socially distanced way.

Scandic Copenhagen is right in the center at the lakes in Vesterbro. From here, guests can enjoy a short 15 to 20 min bike or scooter ride to famous sights such as The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn’s cozy vibes or amazing street food at Reffen. Renting a scooter or bike to visit these popular attractions will cost around 20 kr for a one way trip, while some operators also offer a 24h pass from around 79 kr.
